We are aware that some of you may have received a monthly statement, Minimum Balance Notice or a survey regarding your service experience at Mutual Credit Union. Those notices were generated in error. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. You may receive another Mutual statement reflecting a zero balance in your accounts as of December 31, 2009. This statement will not reflect your actual balance. Once your funds are securely transferred to MCU on January 1, 2010, you will receive an accurate statement from MCU as of January 31, 2010.
